The Teacher Training Program

The Teacher Training Program strives to train students to become teachers who have a rich human nature and a strong sense of duty for the teaching profession, teachers who are armed with the practical leadership and technical knowledge that will enable them to collaborate and overcome the various modern challenges within formal education based on the needs and changes of society.

The Early Childhood Education Course

The Early Childhood Education Course is a comprehensive and practical curriculum that trains students to create a nurturing environment appropriate for the healthy growth of young children. Through extensive study and spending time with young children, students will accumulate valuable practical experience and acquire the ability to support the early development of young children not only within the home setting, but also within the community.

The Elementary School Education Course

The Elementary School Education Course consists of 3 fields, each with its own area of speciality focused on the education of Elementary School children. The Field of Educational Research aims to better understand the different aspects of education, and use that knowledge to research and implement improvements in education. The Field of Special Needs Education exercises great importance on the education of children with disabilities or special needs. Finally, the Field of Core Curriculum Education maintains expert knowledge of the core academic subjects that form the fundamental structure of education that every child needs.

The Junior High School Education Course

Within the Junior High School Education Course, students are taught the technical skills and knowledge needed to teach Junior High School core subjects. Furthermore, after their first year, students are instructed on the fundamentals needed to teach the subject they have chosen to specialize in, whether it be math, science, music, or any other subjects offered at the Junior High School level.

The Humanities and Environmental Sciences Program

The Humanities and Environmental Sciences Program trains capable students to comprehensively research various problems concerning the environment in which people live and the life-long development of humans. Students are taught to develop support for the life-long learning community that aims to improve the modern day problems found within internationalization, the digital age, and other challenges facing society.

The Clinical Studies of Human Development Course

In the Clinical Studies and Human Devlopment Course, students are trained to establish the mindeset of a clinical psychologist by studying the development of human life, from early childhood to elderly years, through the viewpoint of clinical psychology and social welfare. A large piller of this course is to progress the student's problem-solving ability through practical experience at institutions for both the elderly and the youth.

The Environmental Studies and Education Course

The aim of the Environmental Studies and Education Course is to train students to become involved in creating fresh, new environments and to nourish their ability to discover questions and find solutions naturally. This program focuses on relations between people and the environment from the viewpoint of life-long studies in order to better understand social systems in which people with different backgrounds, as well as people and nature, coexist.

The International Studies and Education Course

Through the International Studies and Education Course, students are educated with the practical skills needed to create the ideal global community for the 21st century. Through practical experience and thorough studying of resources, students will formulate the way in which the ideal multi-cultural society can be accomplished, and with that as a foundation, they will learn the art and technique of cross-culture communication.
